1.0 ABOUT CATCON
Civil and Allied Technical Construction Pty Ltd (CATCON) is a well-established national civil construction company delivering a full range of civil construction services for the power (including renewable energy projects), mining and general infrastructure sectors to Australian and International Clients. The company was founded in 1997 and today we are recognised as one of the leading wind farm balance of plant providers in Australia.

2.0 PROJECT OVERVIEW
2.1 General
The Bodangora Wind Farm is being developed by Infigen who have in turn contracted GE/CATCON to carry out the design, supply and installation of 33 wind generator turbines and associated infrastructure (i.e. access roads and crane hardstands, WTG foundations, electrical reticulation and transmissions lines, substation and switchyard, operation and maintenance facilities, upgrades of existing infrastructure) with the capacity to generate in excess of 120MW.

2.2 How the Registration of Interest Process Works
The issue of this Registration of Interest (ROI) Request is not a Request for Tenders and in turn is not a commitment or representation that CATCON will issue a Request for Quotation to procure the goods or service(s) listed in the work packages listed below.
CATCON may contact one (1) or more of the organisations that lodge an ROI in future to discuss the requirements of the goods or service(s) to be provided. Response to the ROI will not guarantee that CATCON will contact your organisation.

2.3 Site Overview
The Bodangora Wind Farm is located in New South Wales approximately 2km northeast of Bodangora, 20km northeast of Wellington and 40km southeast of Dubbo.

2.4 Constraints
2.4.1 Working Hours
Working hours for the site are restricted to the following:
Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
(extension as required and as approved by the client)
Sundays and Public Holidays: As required and as approved by the Client
2.4.2 Access
Access to the site is from Goolma Road.

2.5 Project Structure
The project is being undertaken as an EPC agreement between Infigen and GE/CATCON. CATCON are the Principal Contractor and therefore accepts their responsibilities and obligations in accordance with:
WHS Act and Regulations (2011) (NSW); and
the EPC Contract.
CATCON are responsible for the completion of the Civil and Electrical Balance of Plant works and the transport and erection of wind turbines.

3.0 PROJECT CONDITIONS
3.1 Programme
The works are scheduled to commence in July 2017 with project completion scheduled for August 2018.

3.2 Health, Safety and Environmental Requirements
All Suppliers and personnel attending the site are required to comply with CATCONs Safety and Environmental Management System, Project Management Plan (PMP), Construction Environmental Management Plan and Sub-Plans(CEMP) including the provision of SWMS/JSEA, appropriate PPE, Workers to have appropriate training to complete the works, etc.
3.2.1 Training and Induction Requirements
All personnel attending site are required to:
undertake the Consortium Site induction; and
have obtained an Industry White Card.

3.3 Quality Requirements
All Suppliers and personnel attending the site are required to comply with CATCONs Quality Management System including the provision material certificates, test reports, etc. where appropriate.

3.4 Insurance Requirements

The Supplier shall maintain necessary insurances to cover the liabilities of the works including Public Liability, WorkCover and where required Professional Indemnity.
