AirEng and Aerotech Fans have announced today that they will be consolidating manufacturing operations in new larger premises at 176 Colchester Road in Bayswater, Victoria. To celebrate this occasion AirEng and Aerotech Fans will be having a joint opening ceremony of the new factory on Wednesday 8th November 2017.
AirEng Managing Director Rhys Thompson said he is excited that The Hon Tony Smith MP, Speaker of the House of Representatives and Member for Casey will be conducting the official opening of the new facility.
“We are also pleased to welcome the state member for Croydon David Hodgett MP as an official guest,” he said.
The new manufacturing plant will incorporate state-of-the-art production processes that will significantly increase our manufacturing capacity and reduce delivery lead times.
“This initiative represents a milestone in the history of both AirEng and Aerotech Fans and will strengthen our group position as one of the largest industrial fan manufacturers in Australia.”
AirEng and Aerotech Fans are both part of the New York Blower Corporation (NYB) that has been servicing the global fan market for over 120 years. Both companies will continue to service their traditional markets – AirEng with engineered bespoke industrial fan designs and Aerotech with pre-engineered catalogue industrial fans. This new factory demonstrates NYB’s confidence in the future of manufacturing in Australia.
